A late header by Ryan Giggs gave United a deserved point in this thoroughly entertaining Champions League match.
The home crowd were ecstatic when Scott McDonald’s delightful lob from 14 yards gave Celtic a 13th-minute lead.
United pinned Celtic back for much of the first half, but stout defending limited the Red Devils to half chances.
Giggs headed an 84th-minute equaliser when Artur Boruc could only parry a Cristiano Ronaldo shot, then Dimitar Berbatov missed a great late chance. 
Ronaldo opened the scoring with a low strike
before Daniel Cousin headed Hull level at the near post.
Michael Carrick struck from 20 yards,
Ronaldo headed in a corner and Nemanja Vidic volleyed home
as United led 4-1
But Bernard Mendy lobbed Edwin van der Sar,
and when Mendy was fouled by Rio Ferdinand,
Geovanni converted the penalty to set up a grandstand finish.
Hull started the match two points ahead of United
and defending an unbeaten away record in the Premier League
but they were outclassed by United for most of the game.
United have really started to find their form after a quiet start to the season
and have now won eight of their last nine fixtures
while playing with confidence style.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice in the first-half to help United cruise to victory
over a poor West Ham at Old Trafford.
United raced into a 13th-minute lead when Nani cut the ball back for Ronaldo
to slot into the corner.
Followed by some Berbatov magic that saw him skip past James Collins,
allowing him to square for Ronaldo to tap in.
United created chance after chance as Nani fired just wide
and Anderson failed to register his first goal for the club
when presented with an easy opportunity.
Manchester United assistant manager Mike Phelan:
“We felt we should have attacked the game more and gone for more goals.
We weren’t as comfortable as we should have been in the second half.
“Berbatov showed his credentials and that piece of skill
was the highlight of the game.
“We need to keep the run going and the players realise that goal [difference]
could be important at the end of the season.”
I still don’t think we have seen the best from United yet
but they are working hard and digging in when it matters.
After being scarred for life by mother,

i decided to take her and Sue to see the show.
Verdict:Pleasantly suprised,great production,well worth seeing.
United dominated the first half and deservedly took the lead

to slot home after 22 minutes.
Everton were in serious danger of being totally over-run,
and keeper Howard was their saviour shortly after with three vital saves in the space of a minute.
Moyes’ side needed to do something
to at least to gain a foothold in the game,
and they understandably adopted a more physical approach at the start of the second half.
Everton’s renewed tactics paid off when Fellaini drew them level after 63 minutes.
Neville lofted a cross into area and the Belgian, who had troubled United with his aerial prowess, rose to beat Van der Sar with a downward header.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson will see this as two points dropped after they dictated the first half – but his side became unsettled by Everton’s highly-combative approach in the second period.
