Big Brother will return later this year after Channel 5 signed a two-year deal with Endemol.
The series will begin with a celebrity version in the summer
followed immediately by another featuring members of the public.
The new series will be continue to be filmed at its original home of Elstree Film Studios in Hertfordshire.
Charlie Sheen is reportedly on Channel 5’s wish list for the celebrity version.

For the first time ever, Big Brother invites YOU to meet the Hopeful Housemates
all desperate for a place in the last ever Big Brother house.
In a twist to opening night, the shortlist of hopefuls will ALL be present at Wednesday’s launch night,
and only then will they learn if Big Brother has chosen them to be a housemate.

C4 Eat humble pie now! bring back live feed!
Pictures of the bathroom, kitchen, dining table and living room have been released
prior to the twist conclusion tonight.
The new pictures show the areas of the house which the housemates will gain access to
once the launch night twist is over.
One non-housemate will be evicted by the public tonight.

If there is no adequate ‘live feed’
there is simply no point to this kind of “24/7” reality show, at all.
An hour of biased highlights is not only totally unfair to housemates,
but also too easy for C4 to manipulate viewers’ opinions.
When challenged C4 bangs on that the edits are ‘fair’,
we know they are NOT, (they never have been before,why start now?)
they will inevitably only show the ‘best’ (most controversial’) bits,
and not the overall 24/7 picture .
C4 claim there isn’t demand for live feed.
(seriously,how do they know? They have not got a clue about the hundreds
of thousands that watched live streaming via the internet and justin tv.

I watched the launch show….. but already can’t be bothered watching anymore.
(not that there is much to watch)
And reading the forums this morning i’m not the only one.
This is another classic example of large companies listening to bad advice
from people with their head so far up their arse they cant see the light switch!
