with the Walt Disney Company Ltd, an enduring agreement has been reached encompassing
all the different aspects of both companies’ commercial relationship.” Odeon said

which will also be screening the film, had previously agreed to a 13-week gap between opening night

Electronic Cigarettes-review

Wed 24th February 2010 by tkey 21 Comments

I have been using an Electronic Cigarette since September 2009.

my main reason for trying it was quite simply i didn’t want to stop smoking
but i also didn’t want to die.

With Megan being more and more anti smoking i decided to give the Electronic Cigarette a go.

So what is an Electronic Cigarette?
Well they look like a regular cigarette, you use it like a regular cigarette, are cheaper than cigarettes
and are legal to smoke indoors, as there is no lit tobacco, nothing is burning, so no laws are broken.
but unlike a cigarette there is no tar, no carbon monoxide, and no thousands of horrid chemicals.

So why should you buy an electronic cigarette?
It will allow you to take back control of your freedom.
To be able to have your nicotine, where ever you are, whenever you want, in a clean, refreshing way.

I have been amazed just how good it is,i honestly do feel healthier.
For example the recovery time after exercise has reduced considerably.
I don’t smell anymore, the car doesnt smell anymore,i dont have to go outside to smoke anymore.
Nobody is passive smoking near to you anymore and your saving money too!

The novelty of sitting in my own living room watching tv and “smoking” still has not worn off.
I have asked lots of people “can you smell it?” the answer is always no.

Now it isnt always plain sailing, here is my advice through my experience with the e-cig.

ALWAYS make sure you have a supply of cartridges in the house.
(Remember you can’t just pop to the shop if you run out)
I order a months supply on a sunday and so far has always arrived on Tuesday.
I advise you have a spare battery and a spare atomizer
Keep the atomizer clean and do not overcharge the battery (wait till it runs out before charging)
Rotate atomizers on a daily basis for best results.

The super e-cig has 2 air holes, to produce more vapour try covering 1 hole with your finger
the difference is amazing!

I use on average 1 cartridge a day (equivalent to 6-10 cigs) I was smoking 10-15 normal cigs a day.
When you light a normal cig you tend to smoke it all even though you may not need to.
The beauty of the e-cig is you use it when you want,so no waste.

There are many sites selling the e-cig,but i personally use The Electronic Cigarette Company
they have not let me down so far.

I use The SUPER Electronic Cigarette with Menthol cartridges.
Batteries last around 2 months and the atomizers 6-8 weeks.

Electronic Cigarettes are for Adults (18+) only and come with this warning…..

Keep cartridges and fluid out of reach from children.
Nicotine in its pure form is a poison, and can cause harm.
All nicotine cartridges and fluid must be kept in a safe place and away from children,
as the amount of nicotine in a cartridge, if ingested by a small child could cause serious harm
and medical assistance should be sought.

Odeon cinemas to boycott Alice in Wonderland

Mon 22nd February 2010 by tkey Leave a Comment

Alice in Wonderland will not be screened at Odeon cinemas
in the UK, Ireland and Italy, the cinema chain has confirmed.

The amount of time that separates a film coming out in cinemas
and its release on DVD is at the centre in this dispute.
In the UK, the window for theatrical release is 17 weeks.
Disney wants to reduce Alice in Wonderland to 12.

Disney say that one of the main reasons for the decision was to bring the film to customers more quickly,
thereby helping to beat piracy.

Odeon, though, believes such a move will damage not just its business but that of all cinemas in the UK.
The plan would allow Disney to release the film on DVD at the end of May.

Cineworld cinemas will show the movie, after reaching an agreement with Disney.
The Vue chain is also understood to have reached an agreement with Disney.

Odeon’s decision will not affect the film’s Royal premiere on Thursday,
which is set to take place at the Odeon Leicester Square in central London.

Alice in Wonderland gets cinema go ahead

Sun 21st February 2010 by tkey Leave a Comment

Disney has struck a deal with UK cinema chain Cineworld
to show Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland as planned, from March 5.

Cineworld, Odeon and Vue had threatened to boycott the movie last week after Disney announced
that it would cut the movie’s theatrical run to bring it out on DVD and Blu-ray faster.
Disney originally wanted to release the film on DVD 12 weeks after the theatrical opening,
rather than the industry standard of 17 weeks. After negotiations with exhibitors in recent days,
the studio has agreed to stretch the window to 13 weeks, which was enough to persuade Cineworld.

Alice in Wonderland comes out in the UK on 5 March.
Cineworld, which has a 24% share of UK box office, will play the film on over 150 screens.

Odeon and Vue are yet to reach an agreement on releasing Alice,
while the movie is also facing a boycott from Dutch and Italian exhibitors.
