offering the Crazy Frog Sound and the Sweety Sound as ringtones on your website
and you are using the images of these characters as well.
The unlicensed use of the Crazy Frog and Sweety Sound and the images
is a clear infringement of our exclusive worldwide license rights.
We conferred with the owner/author of the Crazy frog/Sweety sound/melody
who confirmed that your use of the sound is unlicensed
and therefore in violation of the applicable copyright laws.
We demand from you to remove the Sounds and images within 4 days from the website.
We are entitled to claim from you damages,
injunctive relief and legal costs incurred as a result of your unlawful activity.
However, we would like to believe that legal proceedings will not be necessary.
Please therefore confirm by return email that sounds and images
have been removed within the stated time limit.
Please note that should you fail to provide the above information
within the required deadline we may without further notice seek an injunction protecting our rights.
We will hold you liable for our costs in this respect
and you will appreciate that these are likely to be very significant.

“We” (The undersigned) demand that the “Crazy Frog”
mobile phone advert be removed from TV
(MTV UK & other TV networks & stations) indefinitely.
We also demand compensation for days of endless mental trauma from this horrid advert.
In addition to the removal of the “Crazy Frog” advert,
we also demand removal of all ring tone adverts from TV.
Compensation may come in one of the following.
(i) Public execution of the creator of the crazy frog.
(ii) Public execution of the person whole stole the sound sample.
(iii) A free lunch to the limit of �9.99

It is nearly 4 months since i posted this post.
So i decided to give VH1 another go
And you know what it’s got bloody worse!!!!
The ‘stupid ‘ people here are the ‘other’ advertisers who are paying their money,
but whose adverts are not being watched
because as soon as the bloody frog or whatever starts …
you can here the sounds of people pressing their remotes!!!!
I was there at the start of MTV on the telly and it was great,
you could leave the channel on all day
it was better than radio,
but now i just cannot bring myself to turn the channel on.
I think i will hibernate till this is all over, what do you think?

Im from New Zealand and we haven’t been exposed to “The Crazy Frog” as of yet so i guess it doesnt realy annoy me…. yet.
Anyway was wondering where i could get a full download of it so i can have a little look?

This song is so hilarious. the first time i saw it i just about wet myself. the sencond time i did wet myself. its so hilarious, but now i cant find it online, so if anyone knows how to get there, or the websites name, please email me and tell me the address, my e-mail is frogfinder123@aol.com.

I have noticed that every single person who has siad that they like the crazy frog is a CHAV!!! yeah i lik its cute ittle face innit!!..
Maybe the advert should be put on channel 5 and, in the breaks during the Holiday programme.
Why should we have to be subjected to what every chav wants to hear, if we all put on an advert that the chavs would find annoying we would not hear the end of it.

Whats the fascination with the damn thing anyway? Has anyone seen the new one with that stupid bloody dragon (or the one with the birds) WHY??? What utter drivel….. One of my mates asked me if i wanted the sweety chick ringtone the other day – needless to say i nearly knocked him out!

I’m pleased to say that I don’t actually know anyone with the ringtone on their phone but rest assured they would not be my friend for much longer if they did! It’s absolute drivel and what’s even more annoying about it is that the advert generally appears twice during each commercial break! It’s opened up the floodgates for more annoying ringtones now (hence the birds, the dragon etc). Furthermore, it’s netted the creators somewhere in the region of ?10m, at the expense of a lot of people’s sanity! I beg anyone that knows the people responsible for bringing this hideous thing to the public eye to give them the kicking they thoroughly deserve!
P.S. I can understand abbreviating text messages on a mobile phone for simplicity, but these comments were typed in on a proper keyboard. Do you write like that also? U R A bunch of chavvy dinlows!

Tis just another way of squeazing money out of naive kids and if you all recall youth anything that can annoy the older generations is a sure fire hit – the only way to kill the frog is to love it !
So get your parents grandparents to practice saying ‘that’s a rather sweet little ringtone, I must download it later’
