It was that time of year again,the annual trip to see the lights.
It took 47 mins to get to Blackpool and over an hour to find a parking space!!!
Blackpool is such a rip off now.This was the first year ever that i brought money home!!!!!!!
(grabbers are now totally unwinable,too many machines take your money ,but don’t work)
Still the kids had a great time,all together now……………….Bogieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!

I’m sorry you didn’t have a great time in Blackpool. The town is going through some pretty major changes and there should by the time off the Illuminations have been opened a revamped Lonsdale road car park. Unfortunately it wasn’t full operational and this lead to a major shortage of parking places and the traffic was in a mess as many smaller roads were closed. Even people who knew Blackpool just couldn’t get to where they wanted to go. But please don’t give up on us, and maybe next time park your car, stay for the night in a Blackpool Hotel.
Take a tram or walk and really enjoy the lights and atmosphere, have some fun grab a bit to eat, a good nights rest a hearty breakfast and then drive home without the traffic jambs next morning.
