I cannot believe what i just saw,driving past Stockport Police station,
i was waiting at traffic lights at a keep clear ,
when out from the underground car park right in front of me came a C.I.D car
(black vectra) with the male driver on his mobile phone!!!!!!
Talk about one rule for them one rule for us.
I couldnt get my camera phone out quick enough unfortunatley.

First of all , WordPress is an excellent piece of software…
and I’m extremely thankful for the amount of time and work
the developers put into maintaining and improving it.
We as users must never forget 1 thing……………..it is FREE.

That said i have just downgraded their latest offering WordPress 2.0
My problem was with the way pictures were being uploaded
and then turned into thumbnails.
Yes you could resize them after uploading but only the size not the quality.
You are expanding thumbnails !

Also has A.I. now been built into WP?
if you were writing a page and inserted bold quotes or italic quotes or blockquotes ect.
if you save and then view ,random parts of text, sometimes all of it,are now in bold ect ,
very very frustrating.
Ok then i thought i will edit the html ,
because there is a button here that will let me do it,
you take out the offending tags,save and view post and they are back again !!

It is also not as usable ‘straight out of the box’ as they claim either,
to upload pics you still have to create directories and make them writable.
Not everyone has ftp access guys.

It has a feel of being rushed,
i suggest that it is taken back into beta, the bugs worked out,
then downloaded by everybody on this planet.

WordPress does exactly what it says on the tin,please lets keep it that way.
