I cannot believe what i just saw,driving past Stockport Police station,
i was waiting at traffic lights at a keep clear ,
when out from the underground car park right in front of me came a C.I.D car
(black vectra) with the male driver on his mobile phone!!!!!!
Talk about one rule for them one rule for us.
I couldnt get my camera phone out quick enough unfortunatley.
